Individual and couples therapy for adults in active transition.
Two distinct offerings. One method: helping you hold what's conflicting long enough to see it clearly, then decide what to do with it.

Individual therapy
When the different parts of your life no longer fit together.
Career shifts, identity questions, grief, relationships that have changed shape — individual sessions are structured work, not open-ended talking. We move forward by naming what's actually in conflict.
Sessions are 50 minutes, weekly or biweekly. The work between sessions matters as much as the hour we spend together.

Couples therapy
Two people integrating at different speeds.
Couples friction often shows up when one person has shifted and the other hasn't caught up yet — or vice versa. Couples sessions focus on that gap: what each person is carrying, and what the relationship needs to hold.
This isn't conflict resolution. It's an honest look at whether what you're each becoming still makes sense together.

Structured enough to move. Open enough to follow.
Sessions begin with what's actually present, not an agenda. We track threads across weeks, notice what keeps returning, and get curious about what those patterns might be communicating. Rather than rushing to resolve complexity, we make room to understand it.
By exploring the different perspectives—or “parts”—within you, we aren't trying to decide which one is right or wrong. Instead, we become curious about what each is trying to protect, preserve, or express.
Over time, the need for those parts to pull against each other can soften. The goal isn't to eliminate any piece of who you are, but to help your internal world communicate and work together.
That's where alignment begins.
