About the practice

A method, not a metaphor.

This practice is built around one idea: that conflicting parts of yourself can be understood, integrated, and brought into alignment—not simply endured.

What integration means

Active synthesis, not passive resolution.

Integration isn't a destination you arrive at. It's the ongoing work of holding the parts of your life that feel at odds—and making them yours.

Sessions are a starting point. The real shift comes in ordinary moments afterward, when what you've examined starts to take shape in your actual life.

• How I work

Sitting still with complexity.

People arrive here carrying versions of themselves that don't yet fit together—a career that no longer matches who they've become, a relationship that surfaced something they'd been avoiding.

My role isn't to resolve the tension for you. It's to stay present while you figure out what's genuinely yours—without judgment, without a predetermined map.

See what the work actually looks like.

Each session is shaped around the kind of transition you're in—individual or couples.
